Northwest Fire Potential Summary:

The atmosphere is generally dry and stable except for South Central and Southeastern Oregon where a few thunderstorms are possible this afternoon. Thunderstorms should bring precipitation and potential for new large fires in Southeastern Oregon and elsewhere remains low. General winds are light except along the Southern Oregon coastal strip.
