Northwest Fire Potential Summary:

We will remain in a lightning pattern through Thursday or Friday. Moderate to heavy doses of IA are possible each day. When the offshore weather system responsible for this weather finally kick inland on Thursday it will bring in windy conditions, with it especially down the east slopes of the WA and OR Cascades as well as the Columbia Basin. This will result in significant growth potential for any existing or new fires as a result of the lightning.
