Northwest Weather Highlights / Fire Potential:

High pressure over the Region will begin to flatten and shift eastward today, but before it does a little more lightning IA activity is expected in SE Oregon. As a more westerly flow develops over the Pacific NW expect a gradual cooling but also slightly windier conditions for the remainder of the week. Our next lightning event could be as early as next Saturday but more likely Sunday.
