Northwest Weather Highlights / Fire Potential
:

A weather disturbance from the Pacific will bring a chance of showers to western Washington and sections of the northern Oregon coast today. Inland, expect cooler conditions with some clouds, smoke, and higher humidity. Winds will be decreasing in general, but locally breezy conditions may persist mostly against the Cascade east slopes and adjacent valleys/plateaus. A change to southwesterly flow Monday into Tuesday will increase the threat of thunderstorms to parts of Oregon and Washington.
